Peter Boyle (October 18, 1935 – December 12, 2006) was an American actor known for Joe (1970), Young Frankenstein (1974), and Everybody Loves Raymond (1996–2005). He played Mark Sheppard, the corrupt mining-company manager, in Peter Hyams's Outland (1981).
