Daylight is a 1996 American disaster film directed by Rob Cohen and starring Sylvester Stallone as Kit Latura, a disgraced former EMS chief who enters a collapsed Hudson River tunnel to rescue survivors trapped after a catastrophic explosion. The film was written by Leslie Bohem, shot primarily at Cinecitta Studios in Rome by cinematographer David Eggby, scored by Randy Edelman, and released by Universal Pictures on December 6, 1996.
